General Information
The FCC Wrestling Camp provides positive experiences for all wrestlers. The camp provides one on one instruction with American Olympians, members of the United States World Team, and NCAA Division I National Champions and All-Americans. We ensure that both Novice Wrestlers and Advanced Wreslers are motivated to learn proper wrestling and training techniques. Everyone is challenged. The camp focus is on the fundamentals of Scholastic Wrestling (Folk-style).
The wrestlers at the camp are divided into groups according to experience, ability, age and weight. This ensures the best learning environment possible.
Each camp staff clinician will have a question answer time, and all will share their experineces and tell how wrestling has benefited their lives.
All champion wrestlers must know the basics and the fundamentals of the sport. This means having a solid foundation. The FCC Wrestling Camp will show you the way and make sure you know how to get there!
Novice Wrestler
Novices will learn the basics and fundamentals of wrestling - basic drills, rolls and calisthenics. There will be plenty of opportunities to wrestle live with others of the same experince levels. Our purpose is to provide you with a positive experience!
Advanced Wrestler
All areas of scholastic style are covered. Advanced wrestlers will build on fundamental techniques, work with champions and have opportunities to use their new skills. This clinic will teach you the whole series, not just one move.
