Bio

Kurt Walker comes to Fresno City College after a very distinguished career as a pitcher. He was a graduate of Clovis High School in 1979, where he was 11-3 his senior year and was " The NYL Pitcher of the Year".

From there, Kurt went onto Fresno City College, where he had a career pitching record of 17-5.  He led the Rams to a 3rd place finish in the state and was named 1st team all-state pitcher. He then went to Fresno State where he went 10-2 and was drafted and signed professionally with the Chicago White Sox.  He had an outstanding six year professional career that saw him advance as high as AAA , one step from the Big Leagues.

Kurt and his wife Donna, have three children. He has a son Kyle, and twin daughters Kayla and Kacey. He is blessed with a grand daughter Kenady.
