Former US Open All-American Clint Walbeck is in his eighth year as an assistant coach with Fresno City College’s championship wrestling program. Walbeck’s history in the sport began at Clovis High, where he won a state championship in 1999 and also was a two-time finalist. Walbeck was a four-year starter at Fresno State, a conference champion and a two-time NCAA Division 1 qualifier during his college career. He graduated from Fresno State in 2005 with a degree in kinesiology and now works as an engineer with the Fresno Fire Department. Walbeck and his wife, Erin, have been married for 11 years and have two children: Wyatt, 6, and Raegan, 3.
