RamCamp
RAMCAMP is offered by the Fresno City College Physical Education Department. A wonderful complement of instructors and coaches provide each “camper” with a positive experience in various activities. College students who major in a related field and/or specialize in a sport also provide guidance and assistance to each participant.
Purpose
The objective is to provide boys and girls, ages 6–14, with a learning experience in a supervised college atmosphere to improve their skill level. The program also aims to develop sportsmanship, fair play and an increased level of fitness.
Program of Activities
Each student will receive instruction in a variety of activities. Individuals will be grouped, as much as possible, according to his/her skill and social level, i.e. 6–8 yr., 9–10 yr., 11–14 yr. All activities will be coeducational. The teaching emphasis will be placed on physical skills. At the end of the session, each child will receive a "Certificate of Successful Completion." Activities are subject to availability of facilities and instructors.
Registration
Advanced registration is recommended and will be accepted by mail or in person through the FCC Physical Education Department.
Registration will be on a first-come basis. The preregistration form is attached, and when received and paid in full, will reserve a space for your child. There will also be a registration period the first day of each session from 7:15 to 8:15am in the gym, if the camp is not at full capacity.
Refund Policy
Refunds for those dropping from the program will be granted only before the first meeting. Refund requests must be submitted in writing 24 hours in advance of class through the FCC Physical Education Department. (There is a $5 service charge.) Campers must demonstrate behavior that is desirable to meet the purpose of RAMCAMP. Failure to do so could result in dismissal.

It is recommended that each student bring a snack for break time. Students will not be allowed to leave the gym complex. FCC is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
