Bio

Jordan Keener joined the FCC Softball Coaching staff for his first year alongside Head Coach Haley Janzer. Coach Keener is the hitting coach for the Rams, in which he has developed one of the top offenses in the Central Valley Conference, and State.

A 2004 graduate of Clovis West High School, Keener helped the Golden Eagles win their first CIF Championship before attending Fresno Pacific University, where he was a part of the baseball program's inaugural season in 2006.  He graduated with a B.A. in Kinesiology in 2009.  

Following his college playing career, he served as an assistant baseball coach from 2010-2013 where he was the program’s pitching coach and assisted with recruiting.  In his four years as pitching coach, Keener's pitching staff set and reset school records for ERA.  He had two pitchers signed professional contracts with Major League Organizations.

From 2014-2018, Keener was the head baseball coach at Washington Union High School where he guided the Panthers to the playoffs all 5 years.  Most recently, he served as an assistant at Fowler high school in 2019.

Keener is married to wife Sarah Keener, who is the head Volleyball coach at Sanger High School.  The two have a beautiful baby girl named Campbell,  and a son named Cooper.
