Bio

Michelle Owen joined the FCC coaching staff in 2021.  Coach Owen's main responsibilty is pitcher development.  Previously, Owen has assisted at Bellarmine University in the 2017 season as their pitching coach.

Coach Owen played collegiate softball at Fresno State where she was Third-team Easton Sports Inc All American, First Team All-WAC three times, Second Team NFCA All-West region, All-WAC tournament team twice, and Second-Team All-West Region.

Owen received her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fresno in 2012, and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Bellarmine University in 2016.  Currently Owen works as a RN in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Agnes Hospital, Fresno.

Owen is married to her husband Matthew, who is a nurse and a United States Marine.  The Owen Family also has a son and a daughter.
