Bio
Dolcini heads into her first season as an Assistant Coach for the Rams. Hailey led the University of Texas to the Women's College World Series in 2022, and earned All American Honors. Prior to Texas, Dolcini was an outstanding pitcher for Fresno State and in her 2021 campaign for the Bulldogs, the Frendale, California, product, posted a 22-5 record with a 1.12 ERA (11th in NCAA Division I) over 180.2 innings of work and 259 strikeouts (13th in NCAA Division I) on the way to earning both Softball America Third-Team All-American and Mountain West Conference (MWC) Pitcher of the Year accolades. A Top 25 finalist for the 2021 USA Softball National Player of the Year trophy, as well as a NFCA All-Pacific Region and All-MWC First Team selection. Dolcini rated first in the nation as a Senior with 14 shutouts, fired two perfect games, struck out 10-or-more batters in a game 13 times, and limited the oppostion to a miniscule .175 Batting Average. In MWC play, Dolcini posted a 13-1 mark with a 0.89 ERA while leading the league in wns, strikeouts, ERA and opponent batting average. Along the way, she won 2021 MWC Pitcher of the Week awards and tied a program record with 18 K's in seven innings during a 6-0 win over New Mexico (April 2).
During the three-year stay at Fresno State, Dolcini registered a combined 49 wins with a 1.59 ERA, 42 complete games, 24 solo shutouts and 475 strikeouts over 391.1 innings of work.
Prior to her stint with the Bulldogs, Dolcini spent her 2018 freshman campaign at UC Riverside earning NFCA All-Pacific Region Third Team, honors after tallying a 15-9 record with a 1.80 ERA, 15 complete games, five shutouts and 117 K's over 159.2 frames.
Dolcini earned her Undergraduate Degree from Fresno State in 2021 and earned her master's degree from the University of Texas in 2023.
