Hot Yoga
Early in the school year our team always does some form a team bonding workout every Friday. In past years it was a boxing workout with Jennifer Alcorn. Now that Jennifer has moved out of the area, we have decided to try a hot yoga workout on Fridays. Not only does it build flexibility and strength, it also makes our team mentally tougher as they go through the hour long workout with the temperature at 105 degrees.
