I take a tough, hard-nosed and situational approach when it comes to the coaching aspect, but as a mentor figure when it comes to everyday life and helping these gentleman reach their goals by earning their degrees and continuing on to a 4 year institution academically and athletically.

Dwayne is married to Sheri and they live in Fresno. He has 5 kids, Naliyah (15), Demarion (13), Zahra (5), D'merus (1), and Ava (5).
